considering that the born-again oilman from Alberta is doing his best to remake Canada into a more US like oligarchy based on oil.
The containment ponds in Alberta can be seen from space and the world does not need the "disaster from Athabasca". Plus he is talking about more pipelines from Sarnia to the Atlantic.
