It is fine to say that they may trade in Rubles or whatever but one always seem to come back and check that price against the US$.

When they toss that to the wind then the big guys get worried. BIS.

When one has some little thing stirring up the pot to get a few more ethnic votes, then there is much room for danger. He should get swatted down.

NATO has little to do here. In fact just look at the globe. The Atlantic Ocean isn't there yet.
