2. In Wisconsin i think anyone can vote absentee aka mail in ballot.

We request a ballot and vote by mail. The last time we voted in person had long lines and was difficult for me to stay for so we decided to vote by mail. Had a snafu during primaries as we had moved to a different apartment in the same complex, but fixed it and all ok now. It is great for those of us who cannot or do not want to vote in person. I have checked and my vote will be counted on election day.
