of whatever it is they've OD'd on. The one with multiple ODs sounds like a suicide.

This is a public health problem, not a legal one. Legal, regulated drugs would be predictable and there would be few accidental ODs.

Taxes from their sale could pay for inpatient clinics for those who wanted to get off the drugs.

Prohibition has never worked, is not working, and will never work.
