Look up the two TWO incidents with cement mixers in Richmond.

Police Chase yesterday from the city into Henrico. The guy was going 70 in a cement mixer. He came out firing. The cops hit him twice.

Today, some poor person suffered a gunshot and hit a cement mixer head on.
