at the end of the month. My daughter who accepted a position as a facility nurse for my employer (she stays within her own hospital employer network).

Changing to 12 hour shifts and mandating mandatory overtime did it to her. Also failure to support her decisions in regards to staffing (basically calling her racist when she wanted to have a safety tech removed for failure to perform his job thus endangering the safety of staff and other patients).
