Tech, UVa, VCU, and so forth. I know I'm leaving out several schools, but I can't name them all.

We'll end up with a compromise that disappoints everyone to some extent, but it will probably be the best we can do.

Anytime legislators get involved in drawing their own districts, politics will become a factor.
