but that too can be abused. I just got my application for mail in voting for this year, in Pennsylvania. 2020 was the first year they allowed for no reason mail voting. Well this year I had to provide my driver's license number before I could get a mail in ballot. Just saying, those bastards can also make mail in voting harder, and they did in Pa.
