Yesterday

Now I think you need a VISA just to go to San Antonio.

But the malls in the border towns are not a whole lot better than what is in Mexico. Mexico now has WalMart, Office Depot, HEB, Sally's Beauty, Home Deport etc. The border town malls have Dillards and JC Penney., but not much fancier.
