I appreciate his efforts, but there's less chance of this happening in TX, than there is of me winning a $1 Billion Powerball jackpot.

But I guess being a Democrat in TX, there really isn't much that you can do in just about everything.

I mean, these laws being proposed would be difficult in a lot of states, but in TX, they're laughable. If he acted like there's a snowball's chance in h*&l of them going ANYWHERE, it's kind of embarrassing. Again, doesn't he realize he lives in TX?
