9. Columbia City Water...

I'm outside the city, but they do supply my water. For Sewer, I don;t even know anymore where it is processed. I get my bill from Palmetto Utilities LC. At first, I was told that they were just doing the billing, and my sewage would still be processed by Columbia. They apparently do own some sewage facilities, since that is the grounds for the increase. When I was being billed by Columbia, my sewer service cost about $13 a month. If they get this next rate increase, it will be $66.62.
