IIRC, Tomlinson was a more in the Rockefeller repulbican mold. Not sure how moderate/centrist she is, but this make up of this district is conservative with many residents who left Philadelphia and probably work there, but don't want or like the new ethnic and racial diversity of the city.

If Dems take this seat, it would be as part of a huge Dem wave.
