4. The spotted lantern fly - it's moving into Pennsylvania since last year

This thing has no natural enemies and it kills a lot of crops, such as grapevines and fruit orchards. The eggs get laid in the fall but the best time to find them and kill the eggs is late winter-early spring before the plants start budding.
