It's official Dems flip PA state House [View all]

R Todd Stephens conceded to his Dem opponent Melissa Cerrato in HD-151, giving Dems a 102-101 majority. Cerrato caught and passed Stephens once all the mailed ballot were counted. Cerrato won 38 votes out of the last batch of 59 provisional ballots giving her a 58 vote landslide victory.
