Last year when the state stores were briefly closed during the pandemic as "non-essential", PA buyers liked to have a shit-fit and ran to Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland to buy liquor, which supposed to be a legal "no no" (I have heard that cops often sit in the liquor store parking lots in Jersey and Delaware looking for PA plates).
