So, this "signed permission form" would also include the males signed legal responsibility to pay for the birth, rearing, food, clothing, healthcare, education, housing and personal expenses of said "child" if they do NOT give permission?
...since a "host" of course is incapable of individual intelligent thought processes?

And since the health are well being of the child is dependent on the health and well being of the "host", include legal responsibility for her healthcare, food, clothing, housing, etc etc etc.
