I tried to start a Union in Florida. It included such fun as being followed in the bathroom, to make sure I didn't hand out any union lit. Anti union employees being given free cell phones to call and report me talking to any employees to management then they would be termed. They hired a big anti Union company who actually put a employee right in our Union. He attended every Union meeting we had.
