If it's a small enough amount that consumers don't notice it won't really matter. Do you notice 1 or 2 cents higher in gas prices? I personally do not and i'm as middle class as they come.

I suspect that it will be a larger increase than 1 or 2 cents. TexasTowelie Feb 2019 #2
