5. There was a nice horse on one street over from our apt. (previous residence)

and a townhome was on the market right across the street from his field and shelter! I went to see the townhome (exterior) and the horse came up to the fence. I got photos. The place had gotten an offer by the time we asked for an appointment and it was kinda not for us anyway. But, I would have been in heaven living across from a horse! This is a really residential area. The guy must've gotten some kinda waiver to keep him there.

Back in the day my grandmother and most neighbors had chickens and coops. We're talking in the city limits!
