Regardless, sue the piss outta them! I am sick of corporate interests always trying to trim away parts of our National Parks because they just cannot stop with their greed and desire to destroy everything in the name of it.

(Yes, this is what it is about. The feds want to make profit from doing this 'conservational clearing' and the state won't see anything from it... if I am reading this right. I may not be.)
