I have to wonder about Jackson since he refused to run in other races prior to this year. With the electorate composed of 42% African Americans it looks like Beasley is a strong candidate.

There were a lot of good stories to post this morning and I still have a few more sites to visit in North Carolina today so keep your eyes open for more.
