We are in the midst of snowbird season. It seems that every other vacationer has one. They ride where ever they want, streets, sidewalks, weaving in every direction. For the most part they are NOT responsible for their well being. Cars and pedestrians need to watch out for them. As for that wobble when pedaling, you should see the wobble when a very frail senor gets hoisted on one and than pushed off to go ride. Watched that a couple of days ago. I didn't stay around for the fall. If people had some common sense they might be a good thing, but unfortunately, at least down here in Florida, they seem to have left their common sense up north.
