2. Really needs to be criminal charges for harassment and/or terroristic threats in these cases

Whether it is a medical provider doing their job or school board member or staffer doing theirs, you can offer your opinion, but you should not be able to threaten, intimidate, harass, etc. with impunity when they use their best judgement and reject your suggestions. And maybe a couple civil lawsuits from say the medical association and such could also send a message.
