in the county, and in one case I heard, some friends of mine drove all of the way to Sedalia, MO (from STLMO) to receive their Covid shots, a roughly 3 hour trip! And I just looked again, they do say Covid shots are still very limited and the shots are still not readily available in the STL MO city area...my other half and I don't feel like driving all of the way to Sedalia of all places. Our best bet is to wait until his work place offers the vaccines to its workers (and see if they'll also do family members) or wait until my pharmacy gets the shots (Walgreen's).

At least my friends in the health field (STLMO has 10s of thousands of health workers, w/ the sheer number of medical schools, hospital complexes, etc.) in the city have got their shots, they deserve the shots far more than I, and I'm willing to wait until those on the front lines have gotten their shots.
