Now go ask employees who are represented by a union....seems to me the latest win by CWA would be a good place to start...IBEW - or AFL-CIO -

As a manager, she had no protections..managers are employees at will..

An employee handbook makes clear the co. philosophy of remaining union-free..SAY WHA!!!!!!

As an ATT retiree - 30 years - (todays ATT values are much different from when I was there, is SBC on steroids..not good either) - as a manager, give me a UNION shop anyday...give me a union steward and we work together in a win-win environment..you see, there is this little union book...in black and white - that ALL employees work by..

Follow corp. greed..therein lies the problem.....
