2. Dinkytown and downtown Minneapolis (Cowboy Jacks) are in Hennepin; Mankato in Blue Earth

So could be a sizable part of the uptick I noted for Hennepin on https://globalepidemics.org/key-metrics-for-covid-suppression/
from 8.3 cases per 100k at 1am 7/2 to 9.8 cases per 100k at 1040am on 7/4.

Mankato is in Blue Earth County, which on the website is bright red at a very scary 34.0 cases per 100k.

I don't know what else is going on in Blue Earth County (any meat processing?). Or maybe the problem is there's nothing going on, ever, and that's why they're all at the bars.

All numbers 7 day rolling averages of daily new cases per 100k.
