Is the concern that a whole bunch of felons will get together and vote for a felon candidate? Felon's unite?

Ah, gee, we have a criminal in the highest office in the country and it didn't take any convicted felons, (maybe some potential ones) to get that.

So, OOOO, scary felons VOTING! I would wonder if a career criminals would be that concerned about politics generally and if their votes would take the country down. This law seems rather antiquated.

Well, enough silly rambling and speculations, the point is it didn't take actual felons to get this mob boss in.
