The Outstate Legislators have all the clout and therefore if it is not a Parochial College or School,screw you. Can't be giving them Uppity Cities folk any updates to the Uni Campus.

Sad to say,they just do not get it. Out State Campus's are losing enrollments each year and that picture is not going to ever improve.
