Minnesota and Wisconsin. As someone who grew up with the Black and Whites,oh how I know. Seen this before,to much easy money and not enough of tough Love. Sounds harsh,but it is true.

With all the Floods in Nebraska,the source of cheap dairy hay is gone. And the Pastures will not be near ready for three weeks .
