The one that might is "Another bill would require voters without photo identification to vote through a provisional ballot." Maybe. One or two.

Literally all the rest are simply there to make it less cheap and/or simple for people to cast legal ballots.

I mean you can't even ARGUE that 'limiting ballot drop boxes' or 'not providing postage-paid envelopes' has ANY THING TO DO WHATSOEVER with curbing 'voter fraud'.
