4. We have a friend who teaches at MSU.

Since the nuts planned to kidnap the governor he and his wife, both professors, have been trying to find jobs somewhere else. They want out of Michigan along with more than a few others, both at MSU and UM. I guess they don't care if they lose smart people. They have options outside of academics. I expect them to explore those.
