it had already somehow been passed into law, so the question on the ballot is now moot.

I'm still going to vote on it, though...a big YES.

And YES to the other two questions.

I'm actually very pissed off about the negative air time that's been giving to the assisted suicide question. The ads make it seem like all a person has to do is walk into a doctor's office and ask for an Rx for 100 Seconal and voila...there it is, and you take it to the drug store and it's filled and you go home and do yourself in.

That's not how it would go, and because people don't know the truth about how it would go, the issue is (last I heard) losing public support.

I don't know what people are so afraid of. Or why they insist that someone on hospice doesn't have the right to be spared weeks or months of INdignity while waiting to die.
