Like sending ballots by mail like in June and being more careful regarding covid than other republican run states,

Does not mean he is a safe republican.

This ballot application bullshit shows he supports trump and really does not support Maryland voting. Because we are more blue than red.

Hogan fucks with the vote like all other republicans.

He cannot be trusted to do the right thing.
