Regardless of the validity of her objection (and a carve-out for a defunct paper mill seems dubious), she is handing a potent issue to Platner.

It is not about the energy. It is about the oligarchs. They want to build data centers to imprison all of us through AI. AND they want us to foot the electric bill for our own demise. WTF? It is really stupid to put yourself on the side of the AI billionaires, even if there might have been a good argument. If Collins is smart, she will claim this issue for her own advantage.
