We'll know for sure that he IS running when Eliot Cutler announces that HE is runnung. Also, if we listen closely, the moment after LePage announces, we'll be hearing champaign corks popping in Angus King's home and office.

As far as Collins goes, after 8 catastrophic years of national embarrassment LePage, the last thing we need in the Blaine House is a governor with a spine of oatmeal like her!

Just my 2 cents, and quite possibly overpriced at that!
