When Mnuchin first mentioned direct payments, there were two: One in late March, and then he said another one in May, which never came about.

FEMA funds are for natural disasters--fires, floods, hurricanes.

Kansas better hope they aren't hit with a land hurricane/Derecho, or any tornadoes.

Misallocation of funds. The Senate needs to set McTurtle upside down on a fence post out of the way, and subsidize the people who drive the everyday economy. Europe subsidized wages, not corporate "small business" and the stock market.

This is simply draining funds we have earmarked for disasters we can't prevent, not for digging out of Trump-made mismanagement and malfeasance.
