2. It's the usual claim by Religious Right that they're discriminated against because they're vs gays

They contend the bible condemns homosexuality. (There are only 6 to 7 verses in OT and NT that that group says condemn gays. Recent textual analyses/mistranslation histories reveal they're living in a bubble.)

Since that Religious Right group believes their religion requires that they condemn gays, anyone forbidding them to do that is attacking their freedom of religion.

'How dare you tell me I can't do what my God tells me I must do!'

Yrs ago there was a court case against a Native American group that used peyote in its religious ritual. I wonder what Religious Right groups said about THEIR 'freedom of religion'?
