This actually doesn't surprise me as being an Iowan and moving back really has been a major disappointment. We have a white nationalist Congressman in northwest Iowa, a cheating whore for a Governor, and a now a Senator who loves the Confederate flag and all that it represents. Iowa Nice is totally a farce. I would love to put up billboards in the Des Moines metro, Iowa City and the Quad Cities showing which companies supported Steve King... I've been boycotting anything produced in northwest Iowa and specifically Blue Bunny ice cream. The billboards probably wouldn't make a difference but it would make me smile every day on my way to work
