THEN the ballots et al have to be delivered to the county seat - driving in the dark, long round trip for some.

Don't forget those who deliver supplies to the precincts THEN pick-up the day after the election. I'm glad IL does its best to ensure ALL those eligible to vote are given equal opportunity to vote.
