Outside agitators (armed thugs) are trying so hard to tarnish the serious governors, but that seems not to be playing well at all with the citizens from those states.

Polls: Thumbs-up for Pritzker's handling of COVID-19

Governors from New York (NYC), Illinois (Chicago), and California (Los Angeles) have by far the largest high-density major metropolitan population centers and they are all highly rated by their citizens.

Crain's also notes, "The lowest marks go to Republican governors in Georgia, Florida and Texas who have been quicker to reopen, but only Georgia’s Brian Kemp is underwater at 39/61, with Florida’s Ron DeSantis at 60/38 and Texas’ Gregg Abbott at 57/41."
