'Scott Darling Day', Stanley Cup Arrival Set for June 29 [View all]

Chicago Blackhawks fans in Lemont won’t have to wait much longer to see their beloved hometown hero Scott Darling—and the Stanley Cup.

Chicago Blackhawks goaltender Scott Darling will bring the Stanley Cup to his hometown for viewing tomorrow, Monday, June 29, from 2 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. The viewing will take place at The CORE building at the Lemont Park District, 16028 W. 127th St.

A line to enter The CORE Building for viewing/photos will begin at The CORE entrance, and extend south through the softball fields. Those not wanting to enter the building for viewing are welcome to await on the park grounds for a view of Scott and the Cup as they parade through the entrance. This entrance viewing is expected to begin between 12:15-12:35, at the Old Quarry entrance, to the Park District main entrance and down through the back softball fields.
