So, I do not believe there is a likelihood that they can succeed with an insanity defense using this. They can try, but even truly severely mentally ill people who try to mount an insanity defense are not frequently successful. My understanding is that this trial will be held in Boise and which is a far more highly educated part of the state.

It would be sincerely devastating to those families if this were to prevail.
