2. Kaiser just had to back off a similar policy in CA

Had actually said they were moving to 65, booked appointments, and then canceled them. Other locations, like the county sites, were saying until yesterday they couldn’t vaccinate Kaiser patients even if they were in the tier the county had moved to. That Kaiser exclusion got reversed yesterday, I think they were told legally they couldn’t refuse Kaiser patients who otherwise qualified.

Not sure why Kaiser seems to be such a mess on this. Supply issues they didn’t anticipate, but if they can’t accommodate their members they should at the very least allow them to get the vaccination elsewhere.
