Rather "if you can't prove it in court - you shouldn't charge someone"

The "beyond a reasonable doubt to a unanimous jury" standard applies to people we don't like too.

Lightning-rod opponents are naturally presumed guilty until proven innocent on political chat sites... but that isn't the legal standard.
