4. I hear thunder but it's not raining

It got overcast in the past 20 minutes. A little wind .

Don't know if the rumbles are of that storm in Manassas,
Reaching here. I live in Abingdon,Harford co. Right along I -95.

The sun is going in and out now wind has stopped in the time writing this post.
