I remember when my rent on a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt with fireplace was $550.00/month, and you could get a studio for $250. Geesh... there is going to have to be some kind of economic reset, driven by consumers, before anything can get better for us. To put it into "churchy" terms... we need a true Jubilee - the rich be damned.
