I could care less if it might be possible that I won all of that money. I would be happy with having anything to make my life and others a little bit easier. If someone got the rest illegally then the law needs to deal with them. Lotteries are meant to help with funding for schools and such so here we have this guy who is going to sue for the money which helps with those things when they have already lost it to the thief.
