I hope he gets the Maximum Penalty for this. In my mind, it /should/ be Life in Prison!! What a fucking asshat! My neighbor lost his home! Burnt to the ground! He built it himself in the 70's, cleared the land for the house, and has been working and maintaining it ever since. Now it is a toxic dust pile, PG&E has done clear cutting all over his property without his approval, AND he is liable for cleaning up the toxic mess, which will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars! This is just ONE story.
