My rental property in the Birdland neighborhood across from the Apple Mothership has no crows. Areas off El Camino Real and downtown Sunnyvale have many crows due to the large number of restaurants. The dumpsters behind the strip malls and restaurants attract large amounts crows and rats. The city and restaurants need to collab to fix these filth issues. Many fully enclosed trash areas?
