Yeah, it's possible that he sired the child when he was 15 or so (child is 2), but this is probably just "mom's boyfriend" (aka, often the most risky person to have around your small child).

I'm glad they were arrested. Just north of where I live, a man left his loaded pistol on the coffee table, and his toddler got it and shot herself, and he wasn't even charged. Oops. What a tragic "accident".
